Microsoft Career Factor

Microsoft is introducing a new reality show called Microsoft Career Factor that needs a few outgoing, social media-savvy individuals who need help with their technology careers. Career Factor is a reality show, told online via social media and web videos, where each participant will receive guidance, training, and resources from Microsoft and its partners as they work towards their goals. This online show is starting in January 2011, and selected individuals will have an opportunity to change their lives and advance their career with the help of Microsoft.

Microsoft has selected 9 dynamic individuals, each one will take part of a story arc. Here are the story arcs:

• The Unemployed IT Professional : The Finalist is from Australia
• The Career Advancement Seeker: The Finalist is from Brazil
• The Student: The Finalist is from USA
• The Azure Platform Developer: The Finalist is from Canada
• The Windows Phone 7 App Developer: The Finalist is from Tunisia ( Me :) )
• The Aspiring Microsoft Certified Master: The Finalist is from United Kingdom
• The IT Manager: The Finalist is from United Kingdom
• The DIY Tech person: The Finalist is from USA
• The office: The Finalist is from Canada

The finalists efforts will be captured in blog posts, videos, and interactions with the Microsoft community through social media and digital media. Stay tuned !!!
